Delete your data

We attach great importance to your privacy. As a consumer you have the right to be forgotten. Trading company Wiesba, trading under the name GPS Kindersmartwatch, has full control over the customer databases. Should you submit a request, our privacy officer will oversee the deletion process. You can be assured that we will delete your data, and we will also confirm this to you in writing via email. Data that we store and process can be found in our privacy conditions .

We use 2 systems in which we store data.

1. Our webshop: This contains the information we need to be able to send your order. These are, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, order history, telephone number. This information is used once to transport your order(s) from our warehouse to your chosen delivery address via the DHL/DPD/PostNL platform. There, this data is processed, but not stored by us.

2. If you have a GPS children's smartwatch , ( Sale from September 2021 ), you can delete your entire account with associated data at any time via our app > More > Delete account , with just a few clicks. This action is irrevocable and final. Your account, app data, watch data, and all other (historical) positioning data will be deleted. You are solely responsible for this action. We also cannot restore and/or change accounts.

You can make a complete removal request from our webshop, but also a partial removal. For example, only the data that we store. Please indicate this clearly in your request.

What should you do?

Send an e-mail to sales@gpskindersmartwatch attn privacy officer.

1. Indicate which product you have purchased.

2. What do you want to do with your data? Complete deletion, or partial deletion.

3. Your name, e-mail address, and optionally your telephone number.

After 3 working days at the latest , you will receive a message from us that your data has been deleted via e-mail. We will then also delete your request which has been sent via e-mail.
